Hill AFB Open House and Air Show Just Days Away

Event organizers are putting the finishing touches on this year’s Hill AFB open house and air show featuring the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds. The May 26 and 27 (Memorial Day weekend) event is free to the public and the gates open at 8 a.m.

Public Input Meeting to Discuss Zoning Ordinance to Allow Health and Grooming of Household Pets

The Ogden City Council will conduct a public input meeting to consider a petition to amend the Zoning Ordinance to allow Health and Grooming of Household Pets in the CBDI Zone. The City Planning Commission reviewed this and determined the proposed revision is consistent with the purpose of the CBDI Zone; per Staff modifications for household pets as a permitted use with restrictions that keeping of animals should be between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. and the animals allowed as part of this use be limited to household pets.
